The liquidators of IBRC say they cannot give TDs a full list of customers who had loans written off by more than the bank had prepared for.
The Department of Finance said that the liquidators have cited commercial sensitivity in refusing to provide a list of all loans and companies who were granted a write-off larger than the so-called "impairment provision".
The comments follow written Dáil questions about the sale of SiteServ, which saw the bank write off debts of €119m.
However, the decision should not impact the Commission of Investigation into IBRC, which has the power to compel documents from the liquidators.
