A man has gone missing from his Co Kildare home for more than two weeks.

A man has gone missing from his Co Kildare home for more than two weeks.

Gardaí are appealing for help in finding 45-year-old Ruane O'Mahoney who has been missing from his home in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare.

He was last seen in the Monasterevin area on January 7, 2014.

He is described as 5ft 8 inches in height, of slim build, with brown hair and blue eyes.

When last seen he was wearing a dark green bomber jacket with cream or grey sleeves, blue jeans and white and black Nike runners.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Monasterevin Garda Station 045-525322, Kildare Garda Station 045-527730 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111.
