Jobs boost for Dublin and Cork

Jobs Minister Richard Bruton made the announcement for the ICT, medical technology, financial services and digital media sectors this morning

In Dublin 10Gen is creating 40 jobs in its European headquarters, and Etsy - the online marketplace for handmade and vintage items - is also establishing a headquarters.

Financial firm PE Lynch, is making similar moves, employing 20 at its new European headquarters.

While in Cork, Loop1 Systems is to recruit 17 people; Whitehouse Analytical Labs will employ 35 and I.M.S. Tech, is creating 35 highly-skilled jobs.

The investments are being supported by IDA Ireland.
