Police in Sydney are searching for an Irish man missing in the city.

33-year-old Donal O'Sullivan from Clare was last seen on Saturday morning at around 10.30am on Bronte Road in Bondi Junction.

His brother Johnnie and friends have been handing out pictures in a number of areas around the Eastern suburbs.

The family have also visited the Irish embassy in Sydney who are providing them with consular assistance.
