Irish gov made no requests for Twitter user information

Twitter has revealed it received no requests from the Irish government or Gardai for information on users in the past six months.

The social platform has released its latest data covering government requests for account information.

The Twitter transparency report also reveals only one Irish government agency request to remove content in the same period.

Content removal requests typically deal with content that a Government agecny believes is illegal, or court orders to remove defamatory material.
