Investigation launched into 11th farm death in 2014
An investigation has been launched into the death of a 27-year-old man on a farm in Co Wexford.
The farmer was working with a baler in Taghom when the incident happened just after 4pm yesterday afternoon.
The Health and Safety Authority is investigating.
It brings to 11 the number of people who have died on farms so far this year.
This time last year, two people had lost their lives.
