A kayaker has been flown to hospital by RAF helicopter after getting into difficulties in the Irish Sea.

A kayaker has been flown to hospital by RAF helicopter after getting into difficulties in the Irish Sea.

He was spotted in the water off Holy Island - to the west of Anglesey - and also made a mayday call for help.

The man was suffering from hypothermia when he was rescued.
