Tyrone manager Mickey Harte has praised the GAA community for the support they have given him since the death of his daughter Michaela.
One of two hotel workers accused of murdering Michaela McAreavey is this week expected to give evidence at the ongoing trial in Mauritius.
Forty five-year-old Sandip Moneea and his co-accused Avinash Treebhoowoon (aged 31), both deny murdering the newlywed in January of last year.
Speaking to Today FM, Mickey Harte said the support of the GAA community has been a huge help to him and his family throughout the ordeal.
"Family keep you when things are tough," he told the station's Championship Sunday programme.
"And the wider GAA family, I have to say, were so good… so good for us as a family, as a household.
"From club level through provincial to the whole country, the people who weighed in behind us; sent prayers; sent Mass cards; said prayers for us; made connections without even being here… that's what the whole GAA is about."
