Girl, 10, dies after bike crash

A 10-year-old girl has died 11 days after crashing her bike in to a wall, gardaí said tonight.

A 10-year-old girl has died 11 days after crashing her bike in to a wall, gardaí said tonight.

The youngster died in Cork University Hospital yesterday.

The accident happened on Sunday September 2 at Red Forge Road, Mallow Road, Co Cork, at 2.45pm.

Gardaí at Mallow Road are investigating the incident.
