Gardaí are waiting to speak to the sole survivor of the car crash in Kerry which claimed the lives of four teenagers.

Gardaí are waiting to speak to the sole survivor of the car crash in Kerry which claimed the lives of four teenagers.

Darragh Jones, 16, from Farranfore in Kerry remains in Tralee General Hospital where he is recovering from his injuries.

The car in which he was travelling with his four friends careered off the road and into a tree on the N72 Killarney to Mallow road last Wednesday.

It is understood gardaí will speak to Darragh about the circumstances leading up to the incident when he has recovered.
