Gardaí in Louth are appealing for the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of a missing 24-year-old man.

Gardaí in Louth are appealing for the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of a missing 24-year-old man.

Wayne Moran was last seen at 11.30am on Tuesday morning on the Castletown Road in Dundalk.

There are reports of a possible sighting in the Ballymun area of Dublin.

He is described as being 5 foot 11 inches tall - of very thin build, with brown tightly cut hair, brown eyes and a tanned complexion.

He was wearing a back zip-up hoody with a black t-shirt which had a Brazil football crest, grey tracksuit bottoms and black runners.

There are serious concerns for his welfare.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Dundalk Garda Station.
