Gardaí in Dublin are continuing to question four people after a heroin worth around €3,000 was found in the city centre yesterday.

Gardaí in Dublin are continuing to question four people after a heroin worth around €3,000 was found in the city centre yesterday.

The haul was uncovered during a raid on two homes on Eugene Street.

A handgun and ammunition were also confiscated.

Two men both aged 23 and two women aged 20 and 27 were arrested and are being questioned at Kevin St and Kilmainham Garda stations under the provisions of section 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939.
