A man found dead at a hotel in Carlow yesterday has been named as 44-year-old Colm Kavanagh from Killeshin, Co Laois.

A man found dead at a hotel in Carlow yesterday has been named as 44-year-old Colm Kavanagh from Killeshin, Co Laois.

A post mortem examination carried out on his remains today found no physical injuries, but gardaí say the results are inconclusive.

Meanwhile, gardaí are continuing to investigate the death of another man in Co Dublin, whose body was discovered tangles up in nets by fishermen in Skerries yesterday evening.
