Gardaí are investigating an alleged violent assault on a 13-year-old girl in Dundalk, Co. Louth.

Gardaí are investigating an alleged violent assault on a 13-year-old girl in Dundalk, Co. Louth.

The girl has said she was attacked by two other girls who kicked and punched her on Thursday, October 4.

According to reports, the girl was taken to hospital with a concussion.

Gardaí have said their investigations are ongoing.
