Gardaí have arrested two men in connection with the murder of Eamon Kelly.

Kelly, a veteran criminal figure, was murdered on December 4, 2012, at Furry Park Road, Killester. He was walking along the road when he was shot.

Both men – one aged in his mid-30s and another in his mid-40s – were arrested in Dublin this afternoon and are being detained at Clontarf and Raheny Garda Stations.
