Four people have been arrested in Cork as part of a garda investigation into organised crime and money laundering.

Gardaí arrest four in Cork money laundering probe

Four people have been arrested in Cork as part of a garda investigation into organised crime and money laundering.

Three women and one man were detained after searches on a number of addresses in the city.

The searches were carried out by local officers and Gardaí working with the Criminal Assets Bureau.

The suspects are being held at different garda stations around Cork and can be questioned for up to seven days.
