Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a crash on the Tallaght Bypass in Dublin yesterday in which a man was seriously injured.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a crash on the Tallaght Bypass in Dublin yesterday in which a man was seriously injured.

The 36-year-old cyclist was hit by a car at the Fortunestown Junction at around 2.15pm.

A 32-year-old man was arrested in connection with the collision.

He has since been released without charge and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
