Gardaí in Cork are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a man missing since January 12.

Gardaí in Cork are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a man missing since January 12.

William Horgan, 59, is missing from his home in the Barrack Street area of Cork city.

He is described as approximately 5' 7" in height, medium build, with long grey hair and a grey beard.

It is not known what William was wearing when last seen.
