Twenty jobs are to be created at Aerogen in Galway after it signed a major deal with Philips' healthcare division.

Galway drug firm creates 20 jobs

Twenty jobs are to be created at Aerogen in Galway after it signed a major deal with Philips' healthcare division.

The respiratory drug company signed a licensing deal with the Electronics giant for its nebulizer range.

The company said it expects to hit a turnover of €28m this year and to add 20 Research and Development posts at its headquarters, bringing the total workforce to 80.
