GAA and Aiken officials due before committee to discuss Brooks fiasco

The Oireachtas Committee on Transport and Communications will meet again this morning to discuss the Garth Brooks concert debacle.

The meeting, which was called last week, comes after it was confirmed on Monday night that none of the gigs at Croke Park will go ahead.

Representatives from Aiken Promotions and the GAA will appear before the committee later to discuss their roles in the organisation of the gigs.

Yesterday, the Dublin City Manager Owen Keegan faced questions from members.

Meanwhile, the process of refunding the 400,000 ticket-holders will begin tomorrow.
