Future Finance is creating 50 new jobs in Ireland over the next two years.

The specialist student lender is hiring as part of a major expansion across Europe, including Ireland.

The Dublin-based company, which already employs 48 staff, launched in the UK just 16 months ago.

It plans to roll out its service across Europe, with Ireland due to launch by the end of 2015.

The company said the new jobs would be in sales, marketing, customer support and product development.
