A further four people have been arrested by Gardaí as part of an intelligence led operation investigating organised crime in Waterford.

Four more arrested in Waterford organised crime probe

A further four people have been arrested by Gardaí as part of an intelligence led operation investigating organised crime in Waterford.

The three men and one woman are being held at Waterford and Tramore Garda Stations under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act.

A total of 12 people have been arrested in relation to this operation and five of those remain in Garda custody, seven others were released without charge.
