The Flood Tribunal has been told that the final route of the M50 in South Dublin was moved several times to benefit the owners of the Jackson Way lands at Carrickmines.
Disgraced former TD, Liam Lawlor, had an interest in Jackson Way and even proposed a council motion to ensure the final route went through the land.
The tribunal heard that amusement owner Jim Kennedy paid Frank Dunlop £25,000 to pass on to councillors to ensure the re-zoning of Jackson Way in Carrickmines in Dublin.
If the re-zoning was successful Frank Dunlop would get £100,000. Justice Flood was also told that in the early 1990's certain councillors requested cash on re-zoning motions.
