Five-year-old killed in Offaly farm accident
A five-year-old boy has died in an accident at a farm in Co Offaly.
The child was involved in an accident involving a tractor at the farm in Ferbane.
His body has been removed to Tullamore General Hospital.
The scene has been preserved by gardaí, and the HSA will carry out an investigation into the incident.
