Fianna Fáil ban former TDs who didn't stand in 2011 from running in future
The Fianna Fáil Ard Fheis has overwhelmingly passed a motion to ban former TDs who did not stand in the 2011 General Election from running in future contests.
A motion calling for an end to Church Gate Collections has been amended and referred back to the party's Finance Committee.
The Fianna Fail leader Michael Martin will deliver his televised keynote address to the 4,000 delegates in the RDS in Dublin at 8.30pm tonight.
