Fine Gael and the Green Party will meet later for further talks on government policies.

It comes as the Dáil meets again later this week, however it is understood there will not be an attempt to elect a new Taoiseach.

Fine Gael is also expected to hold a policy exchange with Fianna Fáil in the coming days on the prospect of forming a coalition.
