Gardaí are investigating the circumstance surrounding the death of a man in Dublin.

Gardaí are investigating the circumstance surrounding the death of a man in Dublin.

The body of the 63-year-old was discovered at his home in Ringsend on Monday.

He was living at Cambridge Court which is a housing complex for senior citizens.

The man's body was discovered at approximately 4am on Monday.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was removed for a post mortem by the State Pathologist.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.
