Eight to appear in at Special Criminal Court in connection with dissident activity

Eight men are due to appear at the Special Criminal Court shortly after a Garda probe into dissident Republican activity.

Seven of the suspects' were arrested in Tallaght, while an eight man was detained in Cloghran, County Dublin.

Another man has been released without charge.
