Ebola ruled out in Irish woman's death in Liberia

Consular assistance is being provided by the Department of Foreign Affairs after an Irish woman died in Liberia.

The woman is thought to hold an American passport as well as having Irish citizenship.

It is believed that the death is because of a non-medical issue, which rules out Ebola as a potential cause.
