Dalai Lama to address more than 3,000 in Limerick

The Dalai Lama is visiting Limerick as part of his three-day trip to Ireland and will be addressing 3,100 people in the University of Limerick arena later today.

The Dalai Lama is visiting Limerick as part of his three-day trip to Ireland and will be addressing 3,100 people in the University of Limerick arena later today.

The event is being organised in conjunction with Children in Crossfire.

The theme chosen for the address is the power of forgiveness.

Eamon Cregan, Director of Corporate Affairs with the University of Limerick, said they are delighted to have opportunity to host this public address.
