The High Court has granted orders to an online poker company restraining a senior employee from disclosing confidential business information.

Full Tilt Poker, which employs 700 people in Loughlinstown, Dublin is taking an action against its web operations manager Niall Humphreys of Sandyford Road, Dundrum.

It is claimed the manager - who is moving to rivals Paddy Power - emailed to a personal account sensitive company data in express breach of his contract.

Full Tilt’s lawyers say its market position could be seriously undermined if the information reaches its competitors.
