Dublin City Council is providing a Christmas tree recycling service at a number of locations across the city starting from today.

Dublin City Council is providing a Christmas tree recycling service at a number of locations across the city starting from today.

Facilities will be made available to the public for free at 11 places, including Windmill Road Bring Centre in Crumlin, the car park on the Clontarf Road and Gulistan Terrace Bring Centre in Rathmines.

Other locations include Albert College Park in Glasnevin, Oscar Traynor Road Bring Centre, Mellowes Park depot in Finglas and Pigeon House Road Recycling Centre.

Facilities, which will be available between 10am and 4pm until Sunday, are also situated at Walkinstown Green, Milltown Carpark, Sandymount carpark at the Martello Tower and Croke Park Cusack Stand.
