Meanwhile, a rally will also be held outside the Health Minister's constituency office in Swords in Dublin this afternoon in protest against the Government's decision to cut home help hours even further in next week's Budget.
The Trade union SIPTU said that 500,000 hours have already been taken out of the home-help service this year and plans are afoot to cut a further 600,000 hours.
The demonstration will begin at 1.30pm at Penny's in Swords and protesters will then march to Minister Reilly's constituency office.
