The National Transport Authority has announced free transport for all children aged between four and 18 who have a Leap Card in August.

The National Transport Authority has announced free transport for all children aged between four and 18 who have a Leap Card in August.

The offer is available from now until August 24.

It includes travel on Dublin Bus, Luas, Swords Express, DART and Irish Rail in Dublin.

The move is to encourage families to use public transport in the final weeks of the school holidays.
