9 out of 10 passengers are satisfied with public transport, according to a study for the National Transport Authority.

19% said 'general service' was the reason for satisfaction, with another 19% citing ease and convenience.

Most were happy with the cleanliness of vehicles and safety of driving got 95%.

Public transport apps and websites have an overall satisfaction rating of 85%.
