A 65-year-old man has appeared in court charged with indecently assaulting two boys in a Westmeath school 28 years ago.

Brother Thomas McCarry, with an address at Clareville, Finglas Road, Glasnevin in Dublin, faces 18 charges relating to two separate boys at the CBS primary school in Mullingar between 1984 and 1985.
