€40k of ecstasy tablets seized in Galway

Gardaí have seized €40,000 worth of ecstasy tablets in Galway city.

The drugs were found after officers searched a house in the Laurel Park area of the city at around 6.30pm yesterday evening.

No arrests were made and the investigation is ongoing.
