Robson exits 'I'm a Celebrity' jungle

Actress Linda Robson has become the latest contestant to be voted out of 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!'.

The 'Birds Of A Feather' star was in the bottom two with boxer David Haye and reacted to the news by saying: "Lovely, thank you."

Robson, an avid watcher of past series, said the show was much harder than it looked on television.

She told presenters Ant and Dec: "When we arrived it was so dark, we didn't know where anything was. The rice and beans were there, we didn't know where to sleep.

"There were lots of rats around on that first night, little creatures and things.

"But after daylight the next day you start finding out where you are and then after a couple of days it is just like second nature really, except for the starvation."

She added: "I thought: 'I could do that. Its easy, no problem'. But then you get here and it is worse than you could ever imagine."

Robson said she believed Haye deserved to win the show after ditching his tough-guy persona and showing his softer side.

"The last thing I saw of him was having a fight with that Chisora," she said.

"But he is absolutely fantastic. He is just gentle, kind to everyone, he does everything for everybody. He is up for everything. But he is just the biggest wind-up."

But Robson had some sharp words for darts legend Eric Bristow, who has ruffled feathers in the camp with his straight talking.

"Eric is just Eric. He is just as straight as they come. Whatever comes out of his mouth is what he thinks. If he is rude then he is not going to change for anyone now," she said.

"He came out of the womb like that and he is never going to change. I think it is a form of Tourette's, I really do."
