Robert Pattinson would like to film an X-rated version of 'Twilight'.

The heartthrob is currently promoting the last film in the vampire romance series, 'Breaking Dawn Part 2', but joked he wouldn't mind reprising his role of Edward Cullen in a steamy parody.

He told the Daily Star newspaper: "I have thought about getting into porn a lot.

"We could do dirty versions of the 'Twilight' films. I particularly like 'Banging Dawn'."

However, Robert's girlfriend Kristen Stewart isn't likely to be as keen on starring, as she found even having to make a "sexy face" for her scenes in the last film embarrassing.

She said: "It's [not] nice to see your own reflection while your making 'shmexy' faces. It's absolutely absurd, I want to shoot myself."

Speaking at the London premiere of 'Breaking Dawn Part 2' earlier this week, Robert also said he had planned to take a car as a memento when filming ended, but it was off limits.

He said: "I tried to steal the Volvo, but they wouldn't let me have it."

The 26-year-old star also said he loved being back in the UK, as it meant he got to indulge in a number of things which are hard to find while he's living in Hollywood, such as sandwich spread Marmite and baked beans.

He said: "I love London. I'd love to spend more time here but I'm always working abroad."
