Rita Ora is excited to be the new face of Superga.
The 22-year-old singer replaces television presenter Alexa Chung, 29, as brand ambassador for the Italian shoe company's Spring/Summer 2013 campaign, and she thinks she has the perfect image to suit their ideals.
She told Grazia Daily: "I could talk about this all day! It's amazing, I'm excited. I love their brand and they know that I love wearing flats when I perform. It's a great thing to be a part of and fits very well with my vibe."
Rita admits she was nervous about taking on the role after seeing former ambassador Alexa's campaign for Superga.
She said: "I was looking at Alexa's pictures thinking, 'She looks so great, what if I don't do as great as her?'
"But it's a completely different shoot. It's more about how my style is."
The singer - who shot to fame earlier this year with three UK number one singles and a number one album - will be in good company at Superga as actresses-turned-fashion designers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, both 26, joined the brand earlier this year as co-creative directors.
