Dave Myers says 'Strictly Come Dancing' critics should stick their heads in a "bucket of custard".
The Hairy Biker - who is partnered by Karen Hauer on the show - has blasted those who have slammed his dancing skills on the BBC One ballroom programme on Twitter, and insists their harsh comments are "disrespectful" to his fans who have forked out to vote to keep him in the competition.
Praying that dave myers falls on his sword before Saturday #strictly #dotherightthing

Dave Myers is the Ian Duncan Smith of #strictly - no one admits to voting for him or knows why he’s still there…

He said: "I'm having a good time and I'm not going to let people spoil that."
"It's a bit disrespectful to the people who have spent their time and possibly a bit of money to keep me in.
"A few people have suggested it on Twitter but my reaction to that is they can stick their head in a bucket of custard."
Following the harsh criticism, bookmakers William Hill have been taking bets on the TV chef walking out on the show, with Dave priced at 10/1 to leave of his own accord, but he insists he will not quit the programme because he would frustrated if another contestant did such a thing.
He is quoted by the Daily Express newspaper as saying: "If I'd supported somebody and they walked off in a big flounce and said: 'I'm not doing it anymore', I'd be annoyed."
Thank you to all my supporters I will continue to dance and entertain as long as karen and I are in the competition best wishes Dave

William Hill are also offering 3/1 for Dave to be eliminated from the show this weekend, but former Bond girl Fiona Fullerton is the 7/4 favourite.
Rupert Adams, William Hill spokesman, said: “There is definitely a growing campaign for Dave to walk but we think there is every chance the public will push him first."
