Christopher Maloney reportedly feels "neglected" by Gary Barlow.

The 'X Factor' hopeful is the Take That star's only act left in the competition but he is said to be annoyed that the 'Patience' hitmaker has been unable to help him with his rehearsals as he has been too busy preparing for his own upcoming solo tour.

A source said: "Gary's currently working on his solo tour while he performs his duties as an 'X Factor' judge and mentor.

"But Chris has been saying he's annoyed that he's had no contact with Gary all week. He's been feeling neglected and doesn't want this to have a negative impact on his performance on this week's show."

Meanwhile, Christopher is also said to have had an explosive row with Rylan Clarke that has led the contestants to refuse to share a dressing room.

An insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Christopher has been really bugging Rylan backstage - and Chris isn't everyone else's favourite contestant either.

"The two of them have really clashed over the past week, culminating in a massive fight. A lot was said and a few choice swear words bandied around.

"They don't want to be anywhere near each other and are refusing to share the contestants' communal dressing room.

"Chris can come across as arrogant and some of the other contestants think he's fake and puts an act on for the cameras."

However, despite the claims, Rylan has still tipped his rival to enjoy success after the show.

He told The Sun newspaper: "He has a good voice and a great family. He will go on to sing somewhere - he may well be the new Michael Ball."
