Germany's Eurovision entry investigated after plagiarism claim

Germany's entry for this year's Eurovision Song Contest is being investigated after allegations of plagiarism.

A German TV station has revealed that it "commissioned a musical audit" to examine claims that the song "Glorious" by the band Cascada, chosen last Thursday to represent Germany, was a rip-off of "Euphoria" which won for Sweden last year.

Cascada's lead singer Natalie Horler insists they are two different songs." .. but a phonetics expert is quoted as saying the two songs are "absolutely identical" at the beginning.
