Simon Cowell has been named the richest reality TV star.
The music mogul - behind shows such as 'The X Factor' and 'Britain's Got Talent' - topped the annual chart by Now magazine with an estimated £225m fortune, while his 'BGT' protege Susan Boyle was second after earning £22m.
Boy band One Direction - who Simon mentored on the 2010 series of 'The X Factor' before signing them to his record label - are worth £20m each, giving them third spot in the list while glamour model Katie Price's £17.5m fortune saw her come fourth.
Cheryl Cole - who shot to fame on 'Popstars: The Rivals' with her band Girls Aloud in 2002 and was also an 'X Factor' judge for three years - came fifth after earning £15m while original 'Pop Idol' winner Will Young £13.5m came sixth.
'X Factor' 2006 winner Leona Lewis, 'Dragon's Den' star Levi Roots, 'Popstars' beauty Myleene Klass and 'Made in Chelsea' entrepreneur Francis Boulle made up the rest of the top 10.
Other stars to make the top 20 included Peter Andre, Alexandra Burke and Kimberley Walsh.
