There's nothing quite like a little bit of encouragement when participating in a race, be it the local athletic club's 10k run, a 48k adventure race or the big one, Tour de France.
Bringing encouragement and all-round good vibes to this year's Tour de France cyclists was the Beefeater Bend.
The Beefeaters were host to the best party of the Tour de France at Col du Galibier in the French Alps.
Cyclists, supporters, and children alike joined in on the dancing to Dutch party tune Links Rechts.
The only Links Rechts video you’ll ever need. Beefeaters, Bananaman, kids forced to where our hats whether they like it or not......oh and a T’Rex on his way to the shops 🤣. Peak Beefeater Bend! #TDF #TDF2019 pic.twitter.com/iTlvZUnVWH

The Beefeaters which consist of six lads from Yorkshire in the UK, was founded back in 2009.
This year wasn't the first Tour de France appearance for the group. The boys have taken to the peaks of the Alps over the last number of years.
Member of the Beefeater Bend, Aron Priest, said in a video uploaded to YouTube: "I think the very first one we did as a group was Alpe d’Huez which was an amazing experience."
He said that it was when they implemented the Beefeaters and started to get themselves renowned as a group.

"The Beefeater started back in 2009 when myself and Rob, we weren't really cyclists at the time, and we just wanted a bit of time out of work and we'd heard about the Tour de France.
We'd seen the French get dressed up to watch the tour so we thought we'd do something to try and give some identity to the UK and it started off with red and white jackets and developed into the Beefeaters which we are now.
Member Steve Ridgley said:
"I was always a football player, I'd been football playing for 25 years. Then, my doctor turned around and said I can't do any football anymore I need to do cycling.
"When I got into cycling that was it, I was completely hooked. I didn't really understand the Tour de France ton start with and then once my friends got me involved with it, it really took over our lives to be honest."
This is a party we could definitely get on board with. Keep spreading the joy, fellas.
