It's Monday, summer is over and Dublin won the All-Ireland - it's likely you're in need of some cheering up.
So take a look at this video of a flash mob organised by Our Lady's Hospice in Harold's Cross in order to promote Positive Aging Week.
With some help from staff, 24 of the residents of the CRU (community reablement unit), all aged over 65, got moving to the tune of 'Macarena' - and did the dance moves too.
It's lovely.
As Edel McDaid, a physiotherapist at the facility, said, "age is just a number when it comes to fun and dance".
