This dad's attempt at dressing his baby is very cute
When Brooke Hawly -Basso went to pick up her baby daughter, Olivia, from her daycare, she noticed something a little about her outfit.
So she texted her husband, who had dressed Olivia that morning and dropped her off.
It seems the poor man got a bit confused by the concept of dungarees and the resulting photo and the text exchange are just perfect.
"That thing."
Bless him, he tried.
And now his one moment of dad brain has gone viral, having been shared a whopping 30,000 times - and people have beem sharing their own parenting fail (or win?) stories.
This is our favourite:
"So once after work my hubs dropped our one year old off to me wearing this weird beige robe. I had no clue where it came from and she had it on with nothing but leggings. It was open in the front, no buttons or ties. I asked,"what is this?"
He says, "it was on Seths (her older bros) bed. It was soft. I put it on her".
I said, "THIS CAME OFF OF HIS STUFFED YODA!!"
He took her to the grocery before dropping her to me....wearing a Yoda robe.....
Oh well, at least he got groceries and they both survived the day!"
We can only imagine how cute that looked.
