#ThePanniversary: People are celebrating the great Irish bread dash of 2018

With temperatures spiking this week it’s hard to believe that one year ago today we were up to our eyes in snow, bread shortage and make-shift sledding.

Well, in honour of the throwback, Centra have introduced the ‘Panniversary’ - a day to celebrate the most in-demand product of 2018 ... the humble slice-pan.

Stores nationwide are selling Brennan’s Half White Pan for just .50c.

And as the local store chain saw alcohol sales increase by 24% and snacks up 38% during Storm Emma, they've also suggested teaming it up, and reminisce in style.

We don't about you but we think this could catch on.

Happy Panniversary!
