The highly anticipated event, which is being run in association with Tindal Wine Merchants and the Perlage Winery in Italy, will kick off this week in Cork.

The festival will host a variety of different workshops and event across The Metropole Hotel, Cork International Hotel and The Bluehaven Kinsale throughout the month of May.

As part of the lineup, a Prosecco Cocktail Masterclass will take place on May 17, and we’ve been so lucky to get our hands on a sneak peek at the menu for the evening.

The Metropole Hotel will also host the Prosecco Supper Club to conclude the festival on Friday, May 24.

This will include a bespoke four-course meal with carefully prepared glasses of the finest Prosecco introduced by Elena Brugnera winemaker from the prestigious Perlage vineyard, Italy's first Organic sparkling winery.

In addition to this, for the month of May, The Met Bar at Metropole Hotel will be offering flights of prosecco (three glasses for €15).
