After the end of some the worst storms on recent record, the people of Baltimore have a better reason than most to be happy.

The Baltimore production was an entirely voluntary effort combining the talents of Sharon Rose McKeever, Colin Hickey and Sheelagh Broderick with the support of local businesses and community groups.
Dancers young and old gathered at local landmarks astonishing and entertaining Sunday strollers.
Mid-term visitors and families of Optimist dinghy sailors swelled the local population to create a carnival atmosphere in the square culminating in a mass freestyle dance underneath the castle at 6pm.
Commenting afterwards Broderick said: "'The event was a great challenge, a great joy and a great success, raising funds for the RNLI in the process.
"Despite the relentless bad weather we believed we could make it happen and it did."
The feelgood factor continued last night when the finished edited four-minute video was shown at the Waterfront Hotel in Baltimore at 6pm.
